Ever since I started my business years and years ago, I’ve come to realize that no one succeeds alone. Our lives have meshed in our relationship with others.
As a matter of fact, we need the support of other people to succeed in our endeavors.
For instance, in a work setting, if you are the leader of a team, you need your team members to understand you. In fact, they need to carry out your instructions so the team can succeed.
Similarly, in business, you need people to buy your product or service. In other words, it’s when customers purchase your product or use your service consistently that you can say you are in business.
To begin with, customers buy from a business they like, trust and whose products or service meet their needs.
In all honesty, our dealing with people is based on the LIKE quotient. Actually, the LIKE quotient is a measure of how people relate to other people. Speaking about the LIKE quotient, there are certain questions that shed light on it.

People have spiritual needs and it isn’t always religious. For example, peoples spiritual needs may include but not limited to:
a. The need to love and be loved.
b. The feeling of hope and assurance,
c. Being able to find meaning and purpose in life.
Consequently, support people in meeting their spiritual needs, and they are bound to like you.
2. Find A relaxed Disposition To People’s Problems
For one thing, if you want people to like you then you need to learn to listen to their fears and concerns.
For this reason, you should learn not to get irritated by their stories. On the other hand, do not be offended if they do not want to open up to you.
